Louisiana Clean Fuels
Our Story
Louisiana Clean Fuels (LCF) is a standalone 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a cornerstone of clean transportation in the South Central region. Designated by the U.S. Department of Energy in 2000, LCF serves a vast territory encompassing 56 of Louisiana’s 64 parishes. Under the leadership of Executive Director Ann Vail, the coalition has evolved into a high-capacity technical and strategic partner. LCF is recognized for its ability to bridge the gap between heavy industry, state government, and local fleets, moving beyond simple advocacy to lead large-scale deployment projects and complex grant-funded initiatives.
